“When I’m Gone” di Alesso e Katy Perry è il brano che ho scelto come DiscoShow della settimana.

Scritto dallo stesso Alessandro Renato Rodolfo Lindblad, nome in codice Alesso, nato nel 1991 a Stoccolma da padre svedese e madre italiana, con la nostra eroina californiana Katy Perry, che ci “mancava” da tanto tempo e che riascoltiamo in tutta la sua “forza” vocale e rivediamo in tutta la sua “fisicità” con sommo piacere!

Canzone scritta in collaborazione con Alida Garpestad Peck, Rami Yacoub, Alma Goodman, Nathan Cunningham e Marc Sibley, questi ultimi meglio conosciuti come Space Primates, duo di remixers londinese in passato già al lavoro con big del calibro di David Guetta e Chris Brown.

Il video è stato presentato in anteprima lo scorso 10 gennaio durante la diretta di ESPN del College Football Playoff National Championship, ed eccolo qui:
